Delivery & Shipping Costs
We ask you to appreciate that a majority of the items ordered from us, do not fit the standard letterbox. You will all need to make arrangements directly with your postman as to where to leave parcels when you are not at home, either somewhere on your own property or with a neighbour. Please tell us if you do. We can note instructions on your parcel. Failing that you must be at least prepared to make a trip to your local sorting office to collect your parcel, should Royal Mail leave you a card. Courier firms generally have a contact number on their calling card, which you may call to rearrange to delivery.
If you wish to place an urgent order, the best way is by telephone. However we can still deal with them via the website. Provided the order is placed by 4pm and any of the Special delivery upgrade postage options is used, we should be able to get your order to you for next day before 1pm. Any problems in doing this would be communicated to you as a matter of priority. First class postage is not a guaranteed next day service, but should get your items to you in one or two days. Our standard delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail. This expedited service is available only in the UK.
Due to recent changes, VAT has now to be added to all UK and European Postage. Rest of the world postage is still tax free.
Please note that orders may be spilt to meet requirements of specific carriers. Your parcel will be marked as 1 of 2 etc, so you know whether to expect more should the items become separated in transit.

Each Item has it's own delivery cost. On occasions, the quoted price on multiple items may be reduced, if it becomes more economical for you.
